over 40 years and pride ourselves in providing

dedicated training to all groups.
 

Our team of dedicated instructors not only teach

classes but also actively train themselves.
 

Our lead instructor is Andrew Tombling who is an

8th Degree Master Instructor in Tae Kwon-Do,

which is an excellent form of Self Defence and is

used as the foundation for many Self Defence

Training Programs by instructors around the world
