Exercise for Health is a channel devoted to people living with a health condition such as High blood pressure, Arthritis, Diabetes, Chronic back pain, Cardiovascular disease, and many more. We provide tips, gentle workouts and exercise advice to help them manage daily activities and feel better.


Richard has worked in the UK as an Exercise Specialist since 1997 and has helped thousands improve their health and well being through carefully prescribed exercise. He is very passionate about keeping people moving and using physical activity as a means to change people's lives. Richard was also the winner of the national award for 'Most Inspiring Activity Professional' presented by ukActive.
